Open the shop and tap Restore purchases. Unfinished App Store transactions are re-checked and credited automatically, and each purchase is only ever credited once. Still missing? Email me with your App Store receipt and I'll sort it out directly.
Refunds
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by developers — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on my end, email me first and I'll help.
Where's my save?
Your farm saves automatically on your device — no account needed. Deleting the app also deletes the save, so before you switch phones or reinstall, open Settings → Back up & restore, copy the backup code, and keep it somewhere safe. Pasting that code on the new device brings your whole ranch back.
I bought Remove Ads but still see ads
Tap Restore purchases in the shop — that re-applies it. Remove Ads is tied to your Apple Account, so it carries to any device you're signed into. The optional rewarded video (the one you tap to get extra moves) is always your choice and stays available.
The game is slow or the battery drains
Close the ranch view when you're not watching your herd — the 3D scene stops rendering as soon as it's closed. Restarting the app clears things up too. If it still runs hot, email me your device model and I'll take a look.

Please tell me — player reports are how Happy Herd gets better. Include your device, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. New breeds and cosmetics are often suggestions from players.
