Privacy Policy
Happy Herd is built by one person, and the privacy story is simple: the game has no accounts, no analytics, and no servers of ours. Your farm lives on your device.
What's stored, and where
Your save stays on your device. Your level, coins, cows, cosmetics and ranch layout are stored in local storage on your iPhone or iPad. There is no sign-in, no account, and no copy of your save on any server we run.
Backup code: the game can show you a text code that encodes your save so you can move it to another device. It's generated on your device and only goes wherever you choose to paste it. We never receive it.
iCloud: if a future version syncs your save through Apple's iCloud, that data goes to your own private iCloud account under Apple's terms — not to us.
Advertising
Happy Herd shows ads through Google AdMob — an optional rewarded video you can watch for extra moves, and occasional interstitials. AdMob may use a device identifier to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
We do not track you. The app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not link your data with third-party data for advertising. Where required (such as the EU and UK), AdMob shows a consent form and your choice is respected.
Buying Remove Ads turns ads off permanently on that device.

Purchases
Coin packs and Remove Ads are processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment details. The app checks with the App Store only to confirm a purchase and credit it once.
What we don't do
- No accounts, sign-ins, or email collection.
- No analytics SDKs, trackers, or fingerprinting.
- No App Tracking Transparency prompt, because we don't track.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of personal data with anyone.
- No servers of ours receive your gameplay data.
Third-party services
Google AdMob (advertising — policy), Apple (App Store purchases and app distribution), Netlify (hosting for this website), and Google Fonts (typefaces on this website).
Deleting your data
Because everything is stored locally, deleting the app removes your save and all data it holds. There is nothing stored on our side to request the deletion of. If you have a question anyway, email us and we'll help.
Children
Happy Herd is a family-friendly game rated 4+. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children, has no chat or social features, and contains no gambling.
